Medical Assistance (Labor Health Benefit)

The subsidy will be provided to the registered beneficiary and their dependents of Construction Workers,by the Karnataka Labour Welfare Board (KLWB) 

Eligibility and criteria

• Must be a registered worker with the board
• The application must be submitted within six months from the date of hospitalization.

Supplementary documents to be submitted with the application

• Identity card issued by the board
• Copy of Ration Card
• Form 22A, application filled by the hospital
• Copy of Bank Pass Book
• Employment confirmation letter and self-certification letter
• Hospital bills (must include admission and discharge dates and treatment details)
• Release Certificate (Discharge Summary)
