 Pension facility for Construction workers

The board of "Karnataka Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (KBOCWWB)" is providing monthly pension facility to the registered workers. Workers who have crossed the age of 60 years can avail this monthly pension.

Eligibility and criteria

• Must be a registered worker with the board
• The registered building or other construction labor beneficiary must have completed the age of 60 years.
• Must have renewed the membership of the Board for at least 3 consecutive years and continue as a beneficiary before completing 60 years of age.
• The beneficiary should not have received pension benefits from other government departments/schemes.
• The application must be submitted within one year after attaining the age of 60 years.

Supplementary documents to be submitted with the application

• Identity card issued by the board
• Copy of beneficiary's bank passbook
• Life Certificate (to be submitted every year for the duration of life)
• Copy of ration card and Aadhar card
• Employment confirmation letter and self-certification letter
