Maternity and family welfare facilities for construction workers

Maternity Facility 

Under this facility, assistance will be provided for the first two deliveries of a registered female beneficiary. under the Delivery Assistance Scheme by the "Karnataka Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board "

 Eligibility and criteria

• Must be a registered worker with the board
• Subsidy will be granted only for the first two deliveries.
• "If a registered female worker already has two children, she will not be eligible for this benefit."
• Application must be submitted within six months from the date of birth of the child.

Documents to be submitted with the application

• Identity card issued by the board
• Filing an affidavit stating first/second delivery
• Copy of Bank Pass Book
• Distortion summary
• Birth Certificate
• Employment confirmation letter and self-certification letter
